By accessing and using our blood testing platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

We provide a platform to book home blood test sample collections, process these samples via accredited third-party laboratories, and deliver digital test reports. Our service does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and booking. You must ensure a safe and accessible environment for our phlebotomists during home sample collection.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel an appointment up to 12 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and timely results, we are not liable for delays caused by external laboratory processing times or inaccuracies resulting from improper fasting or adherence to test prerequisites on the user's part.
